Meditation gives you tools that you can use on many different levels. Be more in control of your own mind and body, be more balanced and feel happy from the inside without being dependent on ‘outside things’.
Meditation and philosophy are my passions. I spend many thousand of hours on those subjects. Although meditation is an individual proces in which you need to do the work yourself, I can use my experience to help you in this process. Â

Why meditation
In our everyday life we give a lot of attention to many things around us; our work, family, house, education and more things. All those things change all the time and thus we are busy to keep up with them. Meditation takes us out of all this and let’s us focus on the calmness and rest that is always inside ourselves. It brings you back to this moment and improves your awereness.
Who needs it
We all learn how to live from a young age. But not many of us learn about life and about what we really are. We try many things to be happy, but we never try to be happy from within ourselves. Thus we can say we all need it.
Our ego can be our biggest enemy
Our ego always wants to have more. When we have the new car or new house we enjoy it for some time, but this happiness is not lasting for a long time. This is because our ego always wants more and finds ways to make us not being satisfied. At the same time our ego tends to avoid to need to change ourselves; instead we want to change more things around ourselves. If we don’t feel happy it is because of something outside of us, but never because we need to change ourselves, so that we can be happy from within.
You don’t need much time
There is no excuse to not get the best out of ourselves. This will not only improve your own life, but also the lives of people around you. With 20 min per day we can achieve a lot and still do everything we did before. It will even give us more energy, awarenes and focus.

Happiness comes in different forms. Happiness from ‘outside’ of us is also real happiness, but it will change all the time and is never enough. That’s why it is said that real happiness comes from within ourselve. This will always be there and never changes.

I try to update daily. Sometimes this is not possible due to travelling or other obligations, but normally there is a new meditation daily and a new article for some inspiration.
This cannot be answered. Sometimes you will feel better after just the first session, but sometimes you feel worst first, because you are there with yourself. Both experiences are valuable and beneficial in the longer term. Please keep in mind that we already tried to find a quick fix with many things in our life, and meditation is not the same. It is something that will keep benefitting us.
I like to speak with you personally and see if I can help you with my experience. I do this also for free and if you are happy with the help you can send a donation so that I can continue my work.
For meditation you basically don't need anything. No money, no special equipment, you just need the willingness to improve yourself.
